Qantas has officially resumed its direct flights between Darwin International Airport (DRW) and Singapore’s Changi Airport (SIN), marking the first such service since 2006. The inaugural flight departed on March 30, 2025, offering passengers a renewed link between Australia’s Northern Territory and one of Asia’s major hubs.
Flight Schedule and Aircraft Details
The reinstated service operates four times weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Flight QF113 departs Darwin at 2:55 PM local time, arriving in Singapore at 6:15 PM. The return flight, QF114, leaves Singapore at 7:20 PM, reaching Darwin at 1:40 AM the following day. Each flight has a duration of approximately 4 hours and 50 minutes.
Initially, Qantas planned to deploy the Airbus A220-300 for this route. However, the airline has confirmed that Boeing 737-800 aircraft will service the route, featuring 12 Business Class seats and 162 Economy Class seats.
